Bakery Laboratory started off as a trading company in the year 2000, focusing on the supply of key ingredients for the bakery industry. Through the years we have built from strength to strength to be a key supplier of quality ingredients to the food industry.

The year 2010 marks our transition from trading to include manufacturing as well, we moved into our own factory premises in May 2010.
The new factory boasts of various storage facilities from frozen to chilled, air-conditioned and ambient. Each of these storage conditions satisfies the unique storage requirements of different products.

We have equipped ourselves with the most advanced machineries to produce high-quality semi-finished products that traditionally could only be imported from Europe, thus providing our customers a more cost-effective option. Since January 2013, Bakery Laboratory Pte Ltd has been certified Halal on the whole-plant scheme by MUIS.
